During our one week school holiday in September, our school arranged for us to visit the Singapore Zoological Gardens on 5 September 2008. We all jumped for joy when Ms. Lim told us the good news. The sad thing was that we had to wake up early in the morning to report to school by 8a.m.
It was a memorable Friday because it was also Cherry's birthday! This is me with Cherry on the bus. We were very excited about our trip.
The moment we reached our destination, we hurriedly went to the memorabilia shop to get those cuddly animal stuff toys. Ms. Lim caught us red-handed and told us not to wander away from our group. We quickly joined back our group.
The Malayan Honey Bear was our first station. At first, it did not seem to move at all. We thought it was dead! Then it started to stretch its back and stood up nonchalantly. How unimpressive!
Then we went to the second station to see camels. I only managed to see one which was obediently posing for us to take photographs. The boys, especially Dillon, were teasing us how much we looked like the camel. I thought they looked just like the lazy bears.

ReplyDeleteHi, Xinhui and Cherry
ReplyDeleteYour recount is easy to follow and very clear too. I thought we went to the memorabilia shop last? Oh, both of you should have followed Ms. Lim's instructions. Anyway, we still had enough time to shop for the cuddly stuffed toys.
Come and visit our blog, ok? Weiming and I put up some images of you and a few girls acting cute. Give us a good rating, please. (And we are not lazy bears.) :p
Cheers
Dillon
